We grow slowly. Open roles rotate between curriculum editing, automation mentoring, and browser lab stewardship. If you prefer stable product work with zero teaching, this is not the room for you—and that is okay.

Bug triage rhythm

Facilitators model a three-stage triage: reproduce with traces, classify data vs. code defects, narrate customer impact without superlatives. Interview loops include a live triage simulation with a benign legacy bug we keep on purpose.

Browser lab stewardship

Lab coaches maintain loaner kits, sanitise devices between cohorts, and document vendor spend so finance never receives surprise invoices. Expect spreadsheets and cable ties in equal measure.
